Why we use the data

  • To respond to your request and communicate about the Before Deposit Check or property review.

  • To handle uploaded documents only for the relevant review, case handling, support, or operational record.
  • To operate, secure, debug, and protect the service against misuse, spam, or abuse.
  • To keep reasonable business, legal, and operational records connected with requests and cases.

Legal basis in plain terms

  • We process data because you ask Solviqa to respond or prepare a review.
  • We may use legitimate interests to run, secure, improve, and keep records for the service.
  • We may keep some records where required for legal, security, dispute, or operational reasons.

Documents and sensitive information

Do not upload unnecessary sensitive documents or information unless Solviqa specifically asks for them for the review.

  • Documents are used for the relevant review or case handling only.
  • Documents are not sold, used for unrelated marketing, or reused for unrelated profiling.
  • Access is intended to be limited to people who need it to operate the review, support the case, or maintain the service.

Email communication

  • Solviqa may email you about submitted requests, case references, review follow-up, support, and operational updates.
  • Service emails are used to operate the request or case. Solviqa does not use these service emails to sell mailing-list data.

Providers

  • Solviqa may use providers for hosting, databases, transactional email, file storage, logs, security, and basic analytics.
  • Provider categories include hosting, email delivery, file storage, Stripe, analytics, and logging/security, along with any document-processing tools used to operate the service.
  • These providers process data only as needed to operate the service.
  • Some providers may store or access data outside your country. International transfer details depend on the selected provider and operating setup.

Payments and Stripe

  • Payments are processed by Stripe, our payment provider/processor.
  • Your card or payment-method details are entered on Stripe's secure checkout and sent directly to Stripe. Solviqa does not receive or store your full card details.
  • Solviqa stores only non-sensitive payment data needed to manage your order, such as payment status, amount, currency, card brand and last 4 digits, and Stripe reference IDs.
  • Stripe may process and transfer payment data internationally under its Data Processing Agreement, Standard Contractual Clauses, and the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. See stripe.com/privacy.

Retention

  • Request and case records are kept only while needed for review, support, security, abuse prevention, and reasonable operational records.
  • Our policy is to delete or archive uploaded documents when they are no longer needed for the case, unless a legal, security, or dispute reason requires longer retention.
  • Our policy is to keep technical logs and rate-limit records only as long as needed for service operation, security, and troubleshooting.
  • Retention periods are limited to what is necessary for the purposes described above and any applicable legal requirements.

Your rights

  • Depending on applicable law, you may ask to access, correct, delete, restrict, export, or object to the use of your personal data.
  • You can make these requests by contacting info@solviqa.es.
  • Solviqa may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
  • You may also have the right to complain to the relevant data protection authority.
