Deposit safety

Deposit recipient and payment verification

Solviqa structures the information you provide about the deposit and who is due to receive it. Solviqa does not authenticate bank accounts, does not act as an escrow service, and does not replace verification by your lawyer or your bank.

Do not include full bank account numbers (IBAN), card details, passwords, or identity-document numbers. Describe the situation in your own words.

By submitting this form, you agree to the Privacy Policy and Terms and Refund Policy.

This request creates an advisor case only. It does not start payment or request documents. The Brief Before Deposit Check is €300 after scope confirmation. The initial response is informational and does not replace independent professional advice.

Deposit questions

Is a reservation or arras deposit refundable if the purchase does not go ahead?

Whether a deposit can be recovered depends on the exact wording of the reservation or arras agreement, the type of deposit agreed, the conditions and deadlines set out in it, the reason the transaction does not complete, and applicable Spanish law together with the facts of the specific case.

A deposit is neither always refundable nor always lost. Solviqa helps you organize the documents and questions around a deposit, but a binding interpretation of your agreement should come from an independent, qualified Spanish lawyer.
